How quickly will you respond after I send a brief?
Within 48 hours, personally. Your first reply will come from someone senior — not a junior account executive or an autoresponder — with an honest read on whether we’re a good fit and what we’d need to take the next step.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
Yes. Most of our factories are optimised for 10,000+ pcs per style, with sweet-spot programs in the 60,000–150,000 piece range. Smaller MOQs are possible at sampling-house tier with cost trade-offs, and we’ll be upfront about whether your program fits before any work begins.
What does a typical lead time look like?
Brief to FOB on a 60,000-piece knitwear program is typically 14–18 weeks. Faster on fabric-in-stock and capsule programs, slower on technical or compliance-heavy categories. We share a milestone schedule on day one and track against it weekly.
Are your factories certified?
Every factory in our network holds active certifications under at least OEKO-TEX Standard 100, amfori BSCI, SEDEX SMETA, and ISO 9001. We verify every certificate directly with the issuing body and conduct our own facility assessments independently of the audit document.
How is your commission structured?
Between 5% and 8% of FOB, depending on program complexity and volume. The figure is line-itemed on every quote and disclosed before any engagement begins. There are no hidden markups inside factory pricing and no separate kickbacks.
Can I visit the factories before placing an order?
Strongly encouraged. We arrange itineraries across Lahore, Faisalabad, and Karachi for buyer visits, including factory tours, sampling lab walk-throughs, and meetings with mill ownership. Most active client relationships begin with a site visit.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, routinely. Mutual NDAs are signed before tech-pack exchange or any pricing discussion. We will also countersign your standard form provided it doesn’t conflict with our existing factory relationships.
