One partnership.
We do not run a menu of offerings priced per task. We run a sourcing relationship that begins at factory selection and continues through every shipment. The three services below describe the work; the work itself is one continuous engagement.

Factory Vetting
and Merchandising
We identify and qualify manufacturing facilities against your specific product, certification, volume, and price requirements. Every factory we recommend has been physically assessed and scored before it appears on your shortlist. Once selected, we run merchandising end to end: sampling, costing, order placement, and production follow-up.

Quality Assurance
and Auditing
Inspection is not an end-of-line activity. We check at fabric inwards, during in-line production, and at final shipment, with documented reports at every stage. Independent compliance audits run alongside, against OEKO-TEX, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, and ISO frameworks. Shipment only proceeds after you sign off the final report.

Before production begins, we establish a milestone schedule with the factory covering every stage from yarn purchase to cargo readiness. We track against it throughout, escalating deviations early rather than reporting them late.
